We take pride in every item we sell. Due to the rare and collectible nature of our inventory, please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received — unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
Due to the rare and collectible nature of our inventory, we are unable to accept returns on opened media unless the item is defective or was misrepresented in the listing.
How to Return
Contact us at rareflicksplus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We inspect the return and notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days of receiving it.
Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened media, digital downloads, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or misrepresented.
